  1. Track 3 and 9 are very constant, with a few entergizing climaxes, track 11 is a bit more quite but as constant – which induces a relaxed state of alertness.

    Perhaps you could analyse your podcasts with a bit of knowledge about the functioning of the various brainwaves – and target specific states of mind.
